Responsibilities:
- Initial front-line support & Service Desk Tickets – for assigned Location(s).
- Setup & configuration of new Personal computers (Load base “Image” + Local setup)
- Installation of any special software requiring Admin Access (e.g., Adobe, AutoCAD, UPS, etc.…)
- Setup and configuration of new/existing Printers, and adjustment of Print server settings.
- Assist with setup and maintenance of Active Directory accounts.
- Assist with setup and maintenance of Exchange mailboxes.
- Collection and disposal of decommissioned equipment.
- Installation and support of local Networking gear – Switches, Firewalls, etc.…
- Work with VP of IT and Security & System Administrators on special IT projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in C.S. (or related advanced education) - Preferred
- Must be able to work with end-users in an office environment
- Experience with Microsoft Operating systems (such as Windows10, Windows 11, etc.…) - Required.
- Basic understanding of MS Networking and Active Directory - Required
- Knowledge of Citrix Terminal server, beneficial but not required.
- Additional MS Certifications are beneficial, but not required.
- Dependable transportation (business related mileage paid)
- Smartphone for Dept. Communications – (Required and paid)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation.
