- Enter warranty claims
- Process customer pay invoices
- Order incoming parts for service repair units
- Order / maintain stock levels of commonly used materials
- Miscellaneous data entry / tracking
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent computer skills, able to work in Microsoft Office programs efficiently
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network
- Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given
- Willingness to learn many different components of a RV
