Responsibilities

• Perform full RV check (PDI)
• Cros strain on alignments / leveling installations
• Communicate with retail customers
• Complete work orders for all repairs completed

Qualifications

• Must have general repair knowledge of RV repair processes
• Mechanical background in automotive is helpful but not required
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• A desire to provide extraordinary customer service
• Excellent record keeping abilities a must
