This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of brand management, marketing strategies, the RV industry and consumer engagement.
Position Summary
The Brand and Marketing Manager will be responsible for all marketing activities related to each individual brand, from conception to completion. This role involves collaborating with different product teams, to ensure that all marketing initiatives are strategic, well executed, and delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for assigned brands. Identify target audiences, set marketing goals, and define the "Who, What, and How" of each brand’s strategic plan.
Initiatives and Storytelling: Collaborate with product managers to define and launch key initiatives and brand stories. Create and manage a toolkit to ensure consistent and impactite brand messaging.
Toolkit Development and Implementation: Work with the inside agency to design and deploy internal and external marketing toolkits, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Utilize visual language, brand voice, graphics, consumer studies, and presentations to effectively communicate the brand.
Strategic Contribution: Contribute to overall strategic activities and business processes, including vision articulation, product orientation, and market assessment. Participate in identifying opportunities for brand growth and enhancement.
Performance Measurement: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities. Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Consumer Insights: Research and define consumer behavior and requirements to inform marketing strategies. Use consumer insights to drive engagement and brand loyalty.
Brand Messaging: Ensure coherence and impact of the brand’s message across all marketing channels. Lead efforts to maintain brand integrity and consistency in all marketing communications.
Budget Management: Develop and monitor marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources. Track spending and ensure that marketing activities stay within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, product management, marketing strategy, and consumer engagement.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics.
