• Lead and mentor an engineering team to develop cutting-edge and innovative products.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, product development, and testing to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with various teams (manufacturing, sales, and marketing) to align engineering goals with business objectives.
• Drive innovation in marine technology, materials, and processes to enhance product performance, production efficiency and sustainability.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver on-time and within scope.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., NMMA, USCG standards).
• Oversee BOM’s to ensure accurate costing.
