Responsibilities

• Process payroll using excel spreadsheets and ADP system for approx. 1,500 to 2,000 employees
• Correcting time card punches in TruPay system
• Making changes/additions/deletions to spreadsheets and in the ADP system
• Answer questions employees have on their pay
• Filing

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills on the phone & in person
• Accurate data entry
• Attention to detail
• Confidentiality-many personal documents will be seen
• Positive attitude
• Good attendance
• Experience with Excel, ADPWFN a plus
• Willing to help others as needed
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
