Position Overview
Forest River, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced, full-service internal marketing team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing visually stunning designs across various mediums, ensuring consistency with our brand identity and effectively communicating our message to our target audience.
This role is responsible for creating visually compelling, brand-consistent assets across digital and print platforms, supporting a broad range of divisions and product brands. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional design skills, and a passion for creating compelling visual content. In addition to traditional design work, this position will play a key role in rendering product floor plans.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with Forest River and Product Brand objectives and marketing strategies.
- Produce visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, banners, signage, product packaging, and promotional materials.
- Uphold and evolve the Forest River Masterbrand standards, ensuring consistent visual identity across all divisions.
- Learn and assist in the creation and refinement of RV floor plans, translating technical information into clear and visually accurate renders.
- Help develop and maintain Product Brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing collateral and communication channels by Product Brand.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and objectives, and deliver high-quality designs that meet or exceed expectations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail, and meeting tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and composition principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including both digital and print materials.

Organizational Structure
The Graphic Designer is a member of the Marketing Department and reports directly to the Creative Operations Director. The Forest River, Inc. Marketing Department works out of an official office setting with normal business hours.
This role may periodically manage contractors. When managing others, this role may be expected to carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring and training contractors; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and providing constructive feedback; addressing concerns and resolving problems.
