Responsibilities
- Provide Customer Service to our Dealer and Retail Customers via phone call and email
- Respond to all emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Source replacement parts for our Customer base by reviewing records and data and providing accurate quotes
- Place orders for parts
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to type 35 WPM at minimum
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
