Responsibilities

• Work directly with recreational vehicle dealerships to identify their service technician training needs and provide them with the needed training.
• Travel is required.

Qualifications

• High level of technical knowledge as it relates to Recreational Vehicles.
• Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement
• Excellent ability to build relationship with dealers and technicians
• Ability to work with minimum direction and supervision
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience and Knowledge in RV manufacturing processes
• Ability to present data and ideas in a clear concise manner
