Responsibilities

• Contract/ company payroll processing
• Bond Account settlements
• Filing
• Data Entry
• Scanning documents
• Reconcile Invoicing

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in excel at an intermediate level or higher – able to set up/maintain macros, formulas and spreadsheets in a consistent and accurate manner
• Prior payroll experience a plus
• Good computer skills
• Good communication skills
