• Receive, inspect, sort and unpack incoming parts (UPS, Fedex, etc.)
• Inspect and test returned parts
• Work with vendors for RGA's for vendor charge back process
• Keep an exact log of parts and make sure correct documents are included with parts being returned.
• Interact with vendors about returned parts, authorizations and shipping arrangements.
• Package and load parts for vendor pick up. Complete all shipping documents.
• Keep an inventory and scrap parts not returning to vendors.
• As time permits, assist claim processors with claim processing and other duties within the department.
• Various other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to lift parts and boxes (Up to 75 lbs).
• Self-motivated and ability to work without constant supervision.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
