Responsibilities: - Primary responsibility will be the preparation and installation of Enclosed Cargo Trailer Roof system - Installing trim, clearance lights, roof vents and any roof options. - Additional responsibilities may include all main production line functions of Cargo Trailer manufacturing Qualifications: - 1 Year of Relevant Work Experience - Availability to work up to 45 hours per week when needed - Ability to read a tape measure, operate a table saw, chop saw, screw gun and various other small tools. - Ability to read orders and prints - Good decision making, problem solving and communication skills - Ability to learn and apply new skills in order to improve manufacturing process. - Teamwork oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to the needs of the team to accomplish the goal - Willingness to learn and apply additional skills in other departments (electrical, plywood, metal, and door installation) when needed.
