Responsibilities
- Scheduling return service units
- File transportation sheets and related paperwork for return units
- Maintain communication between Forest River and dealer/customer on return units
- Schedule onsite repairs at dealerships
- Coordinate dealer training
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate computer skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV industry
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to dealer network
