- Mowing CRV complex
- Using gas and battery operating landscaping tools to trim trees, shrubs, bushes
- Work on landscaping projects
- Miscellaneous projects such as fence painting and beautifying outside office buildings by laying mulch, weed whacking, fertilizing, and maintaining
- Ensuring debris, from manufacturing plants, is picked up around entrances and exits of Coachmen
- Watering any flowers, bushes, trees, shrubs that may not be within the vicinity of an underground sprinkler system
Qualifications:
- Able to work outside
- Can work independently
- Can understand landscaping prints
- Able to run gas and battery lawn equipment
