Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening.

Responsibilities

• Develop, present, and facilitate training programs for individuals on key practices and stanards
• Develop, present, and facilitate other training programs as needed
• Track metrics of training program
• Travel to facilities outside of Indiana to deliver training

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs
• Local candidates preferred
• Experience with line workers in a manufacturing environment a plus
• Previous HR experience a plus
• Basic Computer Skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency

This position will spend the majority of the time in the greater Elkhart, IN area.  Travel less than 20%
