Responsibilities
  • Take parts orders form clients through phone and email correspondences
  • Provide dealers and customers intermediate technical assistance when needed
Qualifications
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills 40-60 wpm preferred
  • Understanding of standard RV Warranty Policy and procedures
  • Handle customer service by phone or in person
