Position Summary
The Corporate Communications Manager will oversee internal and external communications. This roles is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's public image, reputation, and messaging across traditional, digital, and social channels. In addition to managing corporate communications initiatives, this position will oversee a team of social media managers across Forest River's divisions, ensuring alignment with brand standards, enterprise-wide messaging and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Communications:

· Execute comprehensive communication strategies to support corporate initiatives, leadership messaging, brand reputation, and business objectives.

· Serve as primary point of contact for media relations, crafting press releases, official statements, media responses, and corporate announcements.

· Work with VP, Marketing to execute crisis communications planning and response efforts in coordination with legal and executive teams.

· Partner with HR and internal stakeholders on employer branding, employee engagement communications, and internal events.

Social Media Oversight:

· Support a team of social media managers representing Forest River’s portfolio of brands by managing Agorapulse and other social media platform administrative requirements.

· Establish enterprise-wide social media best practices, and performance benchmarks.

· Ensure social media content aligns with brand voice, messaging priorities, and corporate objectives.

· Monitor social trends, analytics, and KPIs to optimize performance and increase engagement.

· Serve as lead on any corporate-level social media campaigns or executive social presence.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, social media or related roles, with experience managing people or cross-functional        teams.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in social media platform management.
- Crisis communication experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with media monitoring, social listening tools, and analytics platforms.
