Responsibilities
  • Train users in Microsoft Dynamax AX
  • Provide some Customer Service job training
  • Develop and train standards and guidelines for the Customer Service Departments
  • Create and provide Dealer training
  • Update training materials
  • Provide user support for our Customer Service Teams
  • Create and test new developments in Dynamics AX and our Dealer portal
  • Help with Vendor relations on the Warranty side
  • Any miscellaneous jobs related to Warranty, Parts, and Service
