Responsibilities
- Train users in Microsoft Dynamax AX
- Provide some Customer Service job training
- Develop and train standards and guidelines for the Customer Service Departments
- Create and provide Dealer training
- Update training materials
- Provide user support for our Customer Service Teams
- Create and test new developments in Dynamics AX and our Dealer portal
- Help with Vendor relations on the Warranty side
- Any miscellaneous jobs related to Warranty, Parts, and Service
- Is self-motivated
- Takes initiative
- Works well with others
- Enjoys helping others learn
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
