Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats is taking applications for placement at Plant #47 located in Sheridan, Oregon.
Job: Administrative Assistant
Hiring Pay range: $17.00/hr to $20.00/hr (Depending on experience)
Job Summary:
This individual is the main receptionist, stationed in the front office and will carry out administrative tasks associated with working in an office.
Provides administrative support to all, while maintaining an organized front office. Interacts with leadership to coordinate, maintain and promote safety in the workplace.
The individual for this role should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with strong administrative and organizational skills. Must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks and maintain strict confidentiality.
This is a fast-paced working environment with frequent changes and adjusting timelines. Effective multi-tasking and adaptability are necessary to be successful in this position. Prior experience in Human Resources or coordinating safety programs in the workplace is a plus but not required.
Most work is completed indoors in a temperature-controlled environment; some daily work is carried out on the production floor and occasionally work is completed outdoors. Casual work attire is acceptable.
Some local travel is occasionally required therefore the individual is required to maintain a current driver’s license and automobile insurance.
