Responsibilities

• Work with Service Manager and Customer Service Manager to ensure availability of parts
• Direct, schedule, and monitor activities of all Parts Department Employees
• Work with customers to ensure maximum customer experience
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with Vendors

Qualifications

• Management experience preferred
• Computer skills necessary
• Must be able to read blue prints
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
