Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of Service, Parts, and Warranty for the division
- Responding quickly to inquiries from dealers and retail customers via phone/email
- Approving warranty authorizations, technical advice and problem solving for dealers in the field
- Record retention and report directly to the General Manager
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent computer skills, able to work in Microsoft Office programs efficiently
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- RV and electrical knowledge is a must
- A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network
- Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given
