Responsibilities

Provide Technical Support to our Dealers

Provide Customer Service to both Dealer and Retail Customers

Provide Production Support and help with problem resolution

Develop Trouble shooting documents

Qualifications

Attention to detail and accuracy

Intermediate computer skills

A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to dealer/customer network

Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given

Good communication skills both verbal and via e-mail

Willingness to learn the various components of an RV

RV industry experience a plus
