Responsibilities

• Preform repairs to our Luxury Fifth Wheel product line, in a responsible and proper manner.

• Solve problems at the factory level to improve our customers’ experience and satisfaction.

• Communicate with retail customers.

• Complete work orders for all repairs completed.

Qualifications

• Must have a desire to provide extraordinary customer service.

• Must have general repair knowledge of RV repair processes.

• Must be willing to lean technical aspects of new products.

• Must be self-motivated and take pride in their work and the products they represent.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and written.

• Excellent record keeping abilities.

• Computer competency is beneficial.

• Room for advancement if consistent on the job leadership skills are exhibited.
