Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening.
Responsibilities
- Process in-house warranty claims submitted by service technicians
- Order incoming components/ parts for warranty, customer pay and insurance jobs
- Answer questions regarding claims via phone/ email
- Record retention and reporting
- Scan documents
- Miscellaneous office duties
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent computer skills, able to work in Microsoft Office efficiently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AP (DAX) a plus
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given
- Willingness to learn different components of a RV
