Plant #47 located in Sheridan, Oregon.
 

Fiberglass Siding Repair

Starting wage between $15.00 and $19.00 depending upon experience

This position is full time, day shift with 7:00 am start time, year round.

Responsibilities:

• Remove any applicable parts or pieces that need removed for the paint process

• Perform routine repairs on recreational vehicles

• Work with little to no supervision

• Communicate with members of QC and the Plant Manager to prioritize repairs

• Maintaining a clean, organized, safe work space

• Follow all Safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Ability to use screw gun, sanders and paint guns

• Ability to use body filler to repair minor damages and blemishes to exterior glass

• Mask and un-mask the vehicle

• Prime, sand and block repairs

• Apply color base coat, apply clear and blend repair

• Buff and detail as needed

• Attention to detail

• Must maintain good attendance and be punctual

• Be able to occasionally push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Be able to stand and or walk while working for up to 9 hours

• Be able to kneel, squat, crawl, twist, stoop, bend and reach frequently for up to 9 hours

• Ability to climb stairs and ladders frequently for up to 9 hours

Work Environment:

• Fast paced production

• Primary work area is indoors, dry, heated, and well-lit

• Exposure to working outdoors is occasionally required year round

• Exposure to noise, dust, fumes or chemicals, etc. as associated with a manufacturing environment
