Responsibilities Handle all job-related responsibilities related to the Coachmen Owners' Association (COA) incoming/outgoing calls and emails Pickup and distribute mail to Coachmen departments; handle UPS shipping Update the COA Facebook, design the monthly newsletter, and create requested Trip Routings through the COA website Help customers and visitors within the showroom Update membership roster and e-invite new owners to the Association Manage the inventory of merchandise Verify, price, and stock Pete's Market merchandise Balancing the cash drawer Use Perceptive software to create and enter purchase orders, and scan packing slips for invoices Plan and organize trips and Rallies for COA members Work with campgrounds for directories and advertisement, and mail requested campground directories to COA members Work with Rally planners to create and execute Rally agenda Design and create Rally and trip patches Qualifications Organized, efficient, and can work independently Great attendance and attitude Great customer service skills Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and online social media Can perform basic mathematics Able to communicate professionally by phone, writing, or in person Forest River offers a stable work environment that is fast paced. Responsibilities

Handle all job-related responsibilities related to the Coachmen Owners' Association (COA)
- incoming/outgoing calls and emails
- Pickup and distribute mail to Coachmen departments; handle UPS shipping
- Update the COA Facebook, design the monthly newsletter, and create requested Trip Routings through the COA website
- Help customers and visitors within the showroom
- Update membership roster and e-invite new owners to the Association
Manage the inventory of merchandise
- Verify, price, and stock Pete's Market merchandise
- Balancing the cash drawer
- Use Perceptive software to create and enter purchase orders, and scan packing slips for invoices
Plan and organize trips and Rallies for COA members
- Work with campgrounds for directories and advertisement, and mail requested campground directories to COA members
- Work with Rally planners to create and execute Rally agenda
- Design and create Rally and trip patches

Qualifications

Organized, efficient, and can work independently
Great attendance and attitude
Great customer service skills
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and online social media
Can perform basic mathematics
Able to communicate professionally by phone, writing, or in person
