Responsibilities

Provide intermediate technical assistance (via phone/email) to dealers and retail customers.

Provide customer service to both dealer and retail base.

Provide technical support by explaining how to use components of our luxury fifth wheels (via phone/email).

Provide assistance (via phone/email) to facilitate warranty repairs by bridging the gap between retails and dealers.

Develop troubleshooting documents and instructions.

Learn the product line from frame to final.

Authorize warranty repairs.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
-
Must be highly motivated and maintain a positive attitude for a healthy work environment.

Must be willing to learn many different components of an RV.

Must be willing to work independently, but open to taking direction in areas where you may not be as experienced.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must have at least intermediate computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.

Must be able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given.

Must be able to maintain professionalism in person, over the phone, or via email communication.

Prefer understanding of Standard RV Warranty Policy and Procedures

Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV parts and understand of electrical/technical systems
