Responsibilities

Supervise and train a team of employees to ensure all billing, cash application, collections are completed in a timely and accurate manner

Assists with month-end close responsibilities related to the A/R function

Prepares reports on Accounts Receivable aging to provide information to management

Serves as a staff back-up during employee absences

Qualifications

BS/BA degree or commensurate level of directly related experience

2 or more years’ experience managing staff

Prior experience with Dynamics AX preferred

Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

Hands on, self-starting, disciplined and detail oriented individual with the ability to work independently in a fast paced and high volume environment

Successful in dealing with customer & company personnel at all levels

High degree of integrity and ability to successfully deal with sensitive and confidential information

Work closely with other accounting and operations personnel

Proficient in Microsoft excel and word
