Responsibilities

  • Provide Customer Service to our Dealer and Retail Customers via phone call and email
  • Respond to all emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Source replacement parts for our Customer base by reviewing records and data and providing accurate quotes
  • Place orders for parts

Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to type 35 WPM at minimum
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
