Responsibilities
- Assist service manager with all service functions.
- Review repair requests from dealers for validity, compliance with service policies and procedures, correct labor allowances and correct repair procedures.
- Assist with diagnosis and determining corrective procedures for product issues.
- Assist with responding to correspondence and phone calls from dealers and retail owners.
- RV service experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate computer skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV industry
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
