Responsibilities
- Supervises other warranty personnel.
- Provide Production Support and help with Problem Resolution
- Develop Troubleshooting documents
- Provide service and repair assistance and next level assistance to dealers and retail customers
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs
- Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV parts, or an understanding of electrical/technical systems
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network
- Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given
- Willingness to learn many different components of a RV
