Education and Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Technology or Engineering discipline
• CAD Experience, familiarity with Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Inventor, Vault)
• Basic PC skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Prior RV or Automotive Industry Experience a plus
• Ability to multitask by handling diverse assignments concurrently
• Teamwork skills, ability to work with vendors, colleagues, managers, and production staff
• Able to work independently and finish task in a timely manner
• Able to read and interpret blueprints as well as codes and standards
• Able to use basic measuring devices; Tape Measure, Dial Calipers, Micrometers, and Dial Indicators
• Use of basic shop equipment, Saws, Drills, Etc, Welding experience a plus

Job Duties:

• Testing to RV and Automotive industry related standards (RVIA, FMVSS, etc)
• Collection and Documentation of Testing results
• Performing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on current and future designs
• Perform Driveline Angle Analysis on completed RVs
• Perform Center of Gravity Calculations on completed RVs
• Performing Torque Wrench audits to confirm Calibrations within specifications

Physical Demands:

• Exposure to industry accepted chemicals, noise, and dust
• Some heavy lifting required, 50+ lbs (test weights, various test apparatus)
• Regularly required to stand, reach, bend and move about the facility
