Responsibilities

• Managing Production Employees
• Safety, Quality, Productivity and Organization of Work Assignments

 Qualifications

• Must have broad experience in the RV assembly process
• Should have at least 5 years previous experience as Plant Manager
• Possess a broad knowledge of RV assembly operations, skills training and effective leadership
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise 
• Must have knowledge and understanding of RVIA code compliance
• Previous Plant start up experience is a plus
• Must have good leadership skills and interpersonal communication skills
• Good Problem Solving Capabilities
