Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses, and Boats has an immediate opening.

Responsibilities

• Call on and build relationships with the California Dealer body
• Track all on lot service unit inventory at dealerships
• Work directly with California Dealers to reduce service unit out of service days
• Manage and track parts orders and warranty authorizations to ensure timely repair of on lot service units
• Work directly with California dealers and Forest River Warranty Managers to solve parts and warranty problems.
• Assist in implementing effective dealer service center processes.

Qualifications

• Residing in or willing to relocate within California
• Self-motivated with a drive for continuous improvement
• Excellent ability to build relationships
• Ability to work with minimum direction and supervision
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience and Knowledge in RV manufacturing processes is a PLUS
• Ability to present data and ideas in a clear concise manner
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
