Responsibilities
- Work with Service Manager and Customer Service Manager to ensure availability of parts
- Direct, schedule, and monitor activities of all Parts Department Employees
- Work with customers to ensure maximum customer experience
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with Vendors
Qualifications
- Management experience preferred
- Computer skills necessary
- Must be able to read blue prints
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
